You can send a fax to us any time - we will normally receive it and respond on the same or the next working day. Post Had a technical problem with an item well outside of warranty (old lighting system) and had clear and detailed advice still from their tech team. Other companies often don't want to hear it when an item is no longer working out of warranty but the team still guided me to a solution/fix that could bring new life to it even though it didn't bring them a penny. I'll definitely buy from them again I would recommend this company to anybody who wants good value for money which also has a customer service that is first class. Had a panel for 2 years barely used because of pandemic. It’s now lost all power, got in touch with the company and their customer service is one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. Please avoid this company. There is definitely better out their. Even my professional fitter says he has a nightmare with them when he’s tried to get a brand new unit replaced. Awful, avoid at all cost. Unorganised shambles. They will mess you about to try and avoid honouring warranty
